For over 60 years, Florida Pump service has been serving north Florida and South Georgia with reliable 24 hour service. While our business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, a service representative is always monitoring our phone calls. After hours, a voice messaging system will take your call, and then notify the proper service representative.

Do you need emergency service?

Please call (904) 269-0202 to reach our emergency service line. When our after hours voice service line picks up, you will be instructed to hit 2 on your touch-tone-phone. After the beep, tell us:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Location of the problem
• What the problem is
• Your phone number again

Please leave your phone number twice so that we are sure to get it. Once you finish the message and hang up, a service representative will call you back within 15 minutes.

Do you need to schedule a non-emergency appointment?

If you need pump service, but it can wait a day or two, please feel free to call us during our business hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday). You can also open a service ticket with us here to schedule service between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. We will need to know the following:

• Your name
• Phone number where we can reach
• The address of the job
• Detailed description of the problem

A service representative will contact you by phone within 24 business hours of receiving the service ticket.
