Shipping Policy
Orders within the continental United States
- Florida Pump Service thanks you for shopping with us online. As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer our customers, in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), free UPS ground on some of our most popular items.
- Please check each product carefully, as shipping price might vary.
- All orders that are in stock at the time of the order will be shipped out the next business day after they are received.
- Destinations east of the Mississippi river will usually receive their order in less than 5 business days, while orders west of the Mississippi river will usually receive their orders in 8 days or less. Please see the attached map for an estimated delivery time table.
- Florida Pump Service will email you a shipping notification with tracking order, once the package has been picked up by UPS.
- Florida Pump Service will happily ship out any order, big or small. But orders that exceed UPS weight and/or dimensions will be shipped through commercial freight, which is to be prepaid by the customer. In these cases, Florida Pump Service is unable to ship to residential addresses. Therefore, a business name and address must be given at the time of the order.
- In the case of out of stock orders, Florida Pump Service will notify you by email, as to the estimated ship and delivery date.
Orders outside the continental United States
- Orders for shipping outside the continental U.S. must be submitted by email, customerservice@floridapumpservice.com, or faxed to (904) 269-5842.
- Orders will be shipped after the quote has been signed by both Florida Pump Service and the customer, and payment has been received.
